Sam Shepherd
Sweet Sam Shepherd is ready to find the loving home he deserves. With his calm demeanor, gentle disposition, and friendly personality, Sam is the kind of dog who quickly becomes part of the family. He’s smart, loyal, and enjoys spending time with both people and other dogs.
Sam is approximately 4½ years old and weighs 80 pounds.
When Sam arrived at the shelter, he was blind in one eye and suffering from significant pain. Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, Sam received the surgery he desperately needed. His painful eye was removed, and he has made a wonderful recovery in a loving foster home.
Fancy is a gentle, shy little cat who takes a bit of time to warm up, but once she does, shes incredibly sweet and affectionate. Fancy arrived with 4 kittens who have since been adopted. She has some dental issues and ultimately will more than likely result in her needing a dental in her future. That does not slow her down though, as she has been eating well and gaining weight under our care, but is definitely ready for a home to settle down into. Fancy loves quiet spaces, soft blankets, and kind people who let her come out of her shell at her own pace.
